Querétaro is a privileged area due to its excellent location, modern infrastructure, connectivity, quality of life, and diversity in tourism products. It is a fascinating state, a place that binds centuries of history, art and culture, as well as extraordinary natural beauties.

Querétaro is the only state in México, along with México City, which has four World Heritage Sites declared by UNESCO: The Historic Center of Santiago de Querétaro, the five Franciscan missions of the Sierra Gorda, sites of memory and living traditions of the Otomí-Chichimecas of Tolimán and Tierra Adentro Road that touches points of San Juan del Río. The mountainous region has been declared Biosphere Reserve due to its biodiversity and to its different ecosystems that coexist in such a reduced area.
